Justin Philpott reported that Century Farms Neighborhood Association received word from Avenida of the following dates for their planned construction and completion. As you may recall, last Fall, Naperville City Council approved Avenida’s plan to build an age-restricted apartment complex across the street from Harbor Chase (Commons Rd. / Mill St. intersection). For those who are interested, Avenida now reports the following timeline:

Apartment Reservations Begin: July 2019
Founders Club Established: Aug 2019
