Nearly 40 people from Century Farms, Cress Creek, and Cress Creek Commons met with Charlie Jennings, who represents Harbor Chase the company that is developing the 5.7 acre parcel of land north of Commons, east of West Street, west of Mill Street and south of the 12 acre parcel just south of Diehl Street. Charlie brought along five people, including associates from his staff and the architect of the facility.

The session, organized by Century Farms Neighborhood Association president Fran Bixler and hosted by the Cress Creek Homeowners Association, was lively, respectful and offered an exchange of concerns, questions and answers.
