ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING

MARCH 20, 2003

The meeting began at 7:15 p.m. after Fran Bixler made a motion to start.

Roll Call – Patrick Temesvary, Diane Barbret, Fran Bixler

A quorum of 53+ proxies was confirmed for voting for new board members.

Also present were Ian Carrus, Mary Beth Nagai, Burton Chaet, Bob Irvine, Gerald McManigal, and Mary Beth Nagai

III.    Election Results

          The proxies endorsed confirmation of the candidates above to take office.

The meeting was called to order by President Ian Carrus at 7:17 p.m.

Old Business 

          Holiday lights remaining up will be warned to be taken down in a newsletter.

          Applied Ecological is approved to conduct a burn in the wildflower areas.
