The Annual Board of Directors Meeting of the Century Farms Neighborhood Association was held on April 6, 2004 and was held at The Naperville Township Offices at 139 Water Street, the President being in the chair and the Secretary being present.

The meeting was called to order by President Ian Carrus at 9:05 p.m.

Roll call was held and new board positions were introduced.

OLD BUSINESS:

Sincere thanks were given to Diane Barbret and Paul Dorin for their extensive help throughout the past years, i.e. help on the ponds and also other matters related to the Century Farms community.

NEW BUSINESS:

The New Board Members were introduced and Mitch Friedman was introduced as Mary Beth’s replacement. He will be treasurer protem.

An item for new business was what kind of landscaping (i.e. trees, foliage) will separate the new SuperTarget and our Century Farms neighbors. The City of Naperville is very open to our plan, but we are limited from a topography standpoint as to what kind of trees. Raman Yedavalli volunteered to get a landscaping architect to look into the matter for us, possibly for no charge.

Fran mentioned the dedication of the new park that will be held on the 26th of April.

Fran Bixler adjourned the meeting.
