It probably won't be completed until the fall, but it will have the formal blessing of Naperville, and it won't cost us anything. There will be a no-parking area for approx. 150' on each side of the walk. I have seen numerous cars park there in the mornings, and hopefully the no parking zones will convince them to park in the lot. 2) Wildflowers in Common Areas KH has begun the work on the wildflower areas today (between and around the two small ponds). They began by spraying the areas with a weed killer, and in about a week they will return with a slit seeder to put down the wildflower seeds. They will also fix some grading problems, fill in some holes, etc. 3) Small Pond Aerator KH has an electrical contractor getting permits to run power for an aerator for the small pond. When the electrical is installed, KH will have an aerator installed. It will be a 3 hp horizontal intake pump located at the SW corner, and will emit a shower similar to the other aerators (as opposed to a bubbler-type). 4) Aerator Power Panels KH will make the existing power panels more attractive by putting a shingled, slanted roof on the panels and planting three arbor vitaes around each of them. 5) Park/Gazebo KH expects to seed the park yet again. They also appreciate the assistance in cleaning up the rocks (remember? RockFest this coming Saturday morning!). They have also agreed with Naperville to put a natural stain/sealer on the gazebo and to fix items on a punch list prepared by Naperville. KH will also look at the grading in a few areas that is causing some problems with standing water in the park area. 6) Management Company change We have terminated our contract with PSI, and switched services to Lieberman Management effective May 1. We expect that there will be little percieved change to the community at large, but that it will provide improved services for the Board (financial reporting, etc), and will also result in saving a little money (about 30%) on the management fees that we pay. We will distribute further information with contact information, etc., when the changeover is completed.
